How Chia Seeds look…

There are certain things to remember about Chia Seeds :

  • They absorb liquids and become 4 times their size.So they should NEVER be eaten raw as it might cause choking!
  • They should be soaked before using preferably overnight for wonderful results!
  • They can be mixed with flour (After soaking) to make breads or mixed with fruit purees for the most nutritious and delicious jams ever!

This recipe can be had for dessert or as a snack! Its time we took a health trip!
